The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs tasks that contribute to the client's comfort and safety in the home. The PCA reports to the nursing supervisor and/or the director of the company. The PCA can demonstrate their ability to perform the job adequately through the skills checklist, orientation, in-services, and tests. |

All employees must provide their own transportation, proof of insurance,
and good driving record. Employees must be at least 18 years of age to
transport a client. |
